The Inn at the Lake is a cozy mountain retreat situated a few steps from Lake San Cristobal just outside of Lake City, Colorado. It is also a nonprofit organization! The Inn reflects the charm of a mountain lodge, and each of our ten rooms pays tribute to the best of the region with stunning views of the lake and the mountains beyond.
 
The Inn is a ten-room bed and breakfast available from mid-June through early October. Whether you require one room, a location for a weekend, a week-long group retreat, or family reunion, or are an artist looking for inspiration and encouragement we are here to meet your specific needs. A full gourmet breakfast is served every morning at 8:30. Two night minimum. No pets.

For the family vacation groups we have multi room cabins with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 full beds in the other bedrooms to keep everyone in the family happy. Our motorcycle riders who travel light can jump in a studio cabin with a queen size bed for the same price as they can find a hotel room without sacrificing their precious privacy. And for those who like to come and stay all summer you have your choice of any of our 14 cabins that are open. Every cabin has all of the amenities of home with our unique and rustic feel. Consider our cabin yours for as long as you stay, a home away from home. However far away that might be.
